What are the Pakman Awards?
The Pakman Awards are Ireland's leading National Environmental Awards that recognise excellence in recycling and waste management among businesses, organisations, community groups and individuals in Ireland. All organisations who demonstrate their sustainability and environmental efforts may enter.
The Pakman Awards are divided into 12 categories including the Overall Pakman Award, ranging from ESG Leader, Innovation in Waste Resource Products or Service to Business Recycling Champions and Waste Prevention Awards. The 2024 marks the 10th anniversary of the Pakman Awards.
The Pakman Awards 2024
The Pakman Awards 2024 took place in The Shelbourne Hotel on the 24th of October, at which Soltec (Ireland) Ltd won the Overall Pakman Award for their dedication in providing sustainable solutions in the waste management sector.
